Dec 3, 2011 Minneapolis, Minnesota -- Amidst a snowstorm, grassroots activists came together for creative expression, food, a teach-in and music to be in solidarity with 1000 Durbans; and celebrate the release of the draft Twin Cities Peoples Agreement on Climate Change. The Twin Cities Peoples Agreement was inspired by Cochabamba, and developed through a series of community dialogs that were held in Minneapolis and St. Paul through the summer and fall of 2011. The evening was a connection of mind, body and spirit with a closing ceremony and round dance.
